Ballstadt Enterprises LLC

• Perform day-to-day tasks of snow, lawn and landscape maintenance at commercial and residential properties including but not limited to: snow blowing, plowing, shoveling (this is required), mowing and trimming, spring and fall cleanups, tree/shrub trimming, aerating and lawn rolling.
• Must be willing and able to pull trailer with equipment.
• Must have general knowledge of snow removal and lawn care equipment. Equipment consists of blowers, loaders, commercial mowers, zero turns, trimmers and blowers.
• Be able to work 8-12+ hour days, depending on work load.
• Must have a positive and professional attitude.
• Must be able to take direction and perform assigned tasks - while paying close attention to detail.
• Prior commercial snow removal and lawn care experience highly preferred, although willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift 50-80 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to work alone or with a crew.
• Must have a valid Minnesota Driver's License. Must be insurable on company insurance policy.
• Must be able to stay motivated and work with minimal supervision.

•Primary responsibility for the proper application of lawn care products including dry fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, and weed control on our commercial and residential properties.
•Must be able to acquire a commercial pesticide applicators license within the state of Minnesota. (Proper books and material will be supplied.)
•Day-to-day tasks of lawn and landscape maintenance at commercial and residential properties are to be performed on days where applications cannot take place. Snow removal tasks to be performed in the off-season.
•Must be willing and able to pull trailer with equipment.
•Must have general knowledge of lawn care equipment. Equipment consists of spray applicators, backpack sprayers, spreaders, commercial mowers, zero turns, trimmers and blowers.
•Be able to work 8-12 hour days.
•Must have a positive and professional attitude.
•Must be able to take direction and perform assigned tasks - while paying close attention to detail.
•Prior commercial lawn care experience highly preferred.
•Ability to lift 50-80 pounds on a regular basis.
•Must be able to work alone or with a crew.

•Pay rate -$15-$22 per hour
